At the Table of Martha: Learning to Sit and Serve
At my first Great Banquet, I sat at the table of Elizabeth. Serving this time, I was plac3ed at the table of Martha, and it felt like no coincidence. Martha is one of the most relatable women in scripture: a doer, a server, a woman who loved Jesus yet often felt pulled in too many directions. Her story reminds us that our work can be worship when it begins with Him, and that even in the busyness, Jesus invites us to sit at His feet first.
